TP-Link TL-SG1008P is an 8-port Gigabit desktop switch with 10/100/1000 Mbps RJ45 ports, including 4 PoE+ ports that deliver both data and power over a single cable. It supports IEEE 802.3af/at compliant devices, requires no configuration for setup, and features 802.1p/DSCP QoS for smooth latency-sensitive traffic. Each PoE port provides up to 30W, with a total PoE power budget of 64W.

This dedicated 8-port Gigabit switch includes 4 PoE+ ports, supporting up to 30W per port with a total PoE budget of 64W. It complies with the 802.3af/at PoE+ standard, making it ideal for powering IP cameras, access points, IP phones, computers, and printers—perfect for offices, dormitories, and small businesses.
The switch also offers a switching capacity of 16 Gbps, a packet forwarding rate of 11.904 Mpps, a 4K MAC address table, and 16 KB jumbo frame support.

Intelligent Power Management:

To prevent power overload, the switch prioritizes higher-importance devices by cutting power to lower-priority ports if total consumption exceeds 64W. It also detects and delivers the necessary power to PoE devices while safeguarding both PoE and non-PoE equipment.
In terms of power consumption, it uses 5.39W without PoE devices connected and up to 75W with 64W PoE load. Heat dissipation varies from 18.38 BTU/h (no PoE devices) to 225.75 BTU/h (full PoE load).
