The switch is powered by an ARM dual-core 1.5 GHz CPU, supported by 1 GB DDR4 DRAM and a 1.5 MB packet buffer, enabling efficient handling of multiple simultaneous traffic streams.

The Cisco Catalyst 1300 Series is known for its sleek and compact design, making it ideal for deployment beyond traditional wiring closets. With fanless operation, the C1300-24T-4G operates silently, making it perfectly suited for retail stores, open-plan offices, classrooms, and branch offices. Power consumption is highly efficient, drawing only 14.8W at 220V under normal operation and as low as 5.2W when idle, while maintaining low heat dissipation of 50.5 BTU/hr.

Simplified Management and Robust Hardware:

This managed switch includes both a Cisco RJ-45 console port and a USB Type-C console port, allowing easy local management and configuration. The front-panel USB Type-C port also supports file and image management for operational efficiency. With 1GB SLC flash storage, an internal power supply (100–240V, 50–60 Hz), and a strong MTBF of 664,987 hours at 25°C, the C1300-24T-4G is built for long-term reliability in demanding environments.
