NPP NP12 12V/12Ah Valve Regulated Lead Acid (VRLA) Battery from NPP Power is engineered with advanced AGM (Absorbent Glass Mat) technology, offering superior energy density and performance. This general-purpose rechargeable battery is ideal for a variety of uses including backup power, security systems, medical devices, and UPS systems. It features a nominal voltage of 12V with a 12Ah capacity at a 20-hour rate (10.5V, 25°C), providing reliable and consistent power output.

This AGM battery is designed for long-term reliability, with a design life of up to 5 years in standby applications (JIS at 25°C). It conforms to Eurobat standards, delivering a life span of 3 to 5 years under typical conditions. The sealed, maintenance-free construction ensures leak-proof operation and enhances safety, making it a dependable energy solution for both commercial and residential use.
Robust Build and High-Quality Components:
Constructed with high-performance materials, the NP12 battery features a lead dioxide positive plate, lead negative plate, AGM separator, and a durable ABS container (UL94-HB, V-0 optional). Its compact dimensions (151mm x 98mm x 101mm) and lightweight design (3.4kg) make it easy to install and integrate into various systems. The battery supports T1/T2 terminals and includes a rubber safety valve for pressure regulation.
Optimized Charging and Discharging Performance:
The battery delivers a maximum charging current of 3.6A and can support a high discharge rate of up to 180A for 5 seconds. It maintains stability across a wide temperature range, with a discharge range of -15°C to 50°C. Float charging voltage is regulated between 13.6V to 13.8V, while cyclic charging ranges from 14.5V to 15.0V at 25°C, with built-in temperature compensation for optimal charging.
