The Grandstream UCM6300A is an advanced IP PBX system from the Grandstream UCM6300 Audio Series designed for small and medium-sized businesses. It combines voice communication, messaging, conferencing, and collaboration tools into a single unified platform, helping organizations manage all communications efficiently without monthly licensing fees.

Scalable Business Communication System:

The system supports up to 250 users and 50 simultaneous calls, including up to 50 SRTP encrypted secure calls. It provides built-in audio conferencing, instant messaging, and web meeting capabilities. With UCM RemoteConnect, users can securely access the system remotely, while the free Wave application enables communication across desktop, mobile, and web platforms.

Advanced Connectivity and Hardware Design:

The UCM6300A includes three Gigabit RJ45 network ports with support for switched, routed, and dual modes. It features integrated PoE+, a USB 3.0 port, and an SD card slot for expanded functionality. A 320 × 240 color LCD touchscreen provides easy navigation and local system control with shortcut keys and scrolling interface.

High-Quality Voice Processing and Codecs:

The system delivers carrier-grade voice performance with echo cancellation (128ms), dynamic jitter buffer, NetEQ, and FEC 2.0. It supports Opus full-band codec along with G.711, G.722, G.729A/B, iLBC, GSM, and T.38 fax. It maintains stable communication even with up to 50% packet loss.

Telephony Features and Call Management:

Built on Asterisk 16, the system supports advanced telephony features such as call transfer, call forwarding, IVR, voicemail, call recording, ring groups, paging/intercom, speed dial, call queues, and voice meetings. It also includes advanced call center functions like ACD, skill-based routing, and queue announcements.

Security and Remote Access Protection:

The UCM6300A ensures strong security with TLS, SRTP, HTTPS, SSH, secure boot, unique certificates, and 802.1X authentication. It also supports NAT firewall traversal, OpenVPN, and secure remote access through UCM RemoteConnect, making it suitable for distributed business environments.

Cloud Management and Integration Support:

The system is fully compatible with Grandstream Device Management System (GDMS), offering zero-touch provisioning, centralized monitoring, troubleshooting, and cloud-based management. It also supports full API integration with CRM systems, PMS platforms, and third-party business applications.
