This advanced device continuously monitors two connected UCM6510 systems and automatically switches operations to the standby unit if the primary system fails. The HA100 delivers a fully automated failover process that minimizes downtime and keeps SIP endpoints connected without interruption. Through Gratuitous ARP technology, the device forces SIP phones and endpoints to refresh MAC addresses automatically after switching to the backup PBX. This process allows users to continue communication with minimal disruption. The system switching time ranges from 10 to 50 seconds depending on the number of registered SIP devices. With up to 14 LED indicators, administrators can monitor the real-time status of telecom lines, LAN and WAN connections, FXS and FXO ports, and auxiliary devices.
