With a length of just 30 centimeters, they are half the size of a typical 2U unit, making them an ideal fit for 2-post racks or shallow rackmount enclosures. For the RS1221RP+ model, which includes dual power supplies, the length is slightly longer at 38 cm but still accommodates most shallow depth enclosures. This design ensures that these units can be conveniently installed in shallow rackmount enclosures and on 2-post racks with ease.
